Cocktails - D'Ambra

Our liqueurs are appreciated and used for the preparation of cocktails, by the barman Ettore Diana , known in the mixology world as one of the most eclectic Italian barmen.

A fame due to his books, his awards, his successes such as the title of world champion in the competition that is held every year between the best specialists in the sector from 70 countries. Diana is the holder of nine Guinness World Records.

  • Spicy Pomegranate drink

    In a tumbler with ice:

    4 cl Amber pomegranate liqueur

    2 cl pepper syrup

    2 cl lemon juice

    1 cl grenadine syrup

    8 cl blood orange juice

    3 cl tonic

    Decorate with lime and mint

  • Spritz D'Ambra with pomegranate

    In a glass:

    5 cl Amber liqueur

    5cl Aperol Spritz

    3 cl prosecco

    2 cl soda

  • Negroni pomegranate

    In a glass with ice

    3 cl Amber pomegranate liqueur

    3 cl Bitters

    3 cl Red Vermouth

    Decorate with orange zest

  • Pomegranate, Red Passion

    In shaker with ice:

    2cl White Rum

    3 cl Amber Pomegranate Liqueur

    1 cl lemon juice

    2cl Abaca Sweet & Sour

    2 cl egg white

    Pour into the fancy glass with crushed ice and decorate with mint leaves.

  • Frozen Pomegranate

    In a blender with ice, pour:

    4cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    5 fresh strawberries

    3 cl of lime juice

    2cl white peach syrup

    1cl Pomegranate syrup

    Blend for a minute, pour into a double cup previously crusted with coconut flakes, accompany the granita with a "col tuppo" brioche.

    In a blender with ice, pour:

    5 cl Amber Pomegranate Liqueur

    2 cl lemon juice

    2 cl pomegranate syrup

    Blend and then pour into a double cocktail glass, serve with straws or teaspoons.

  • I adore you

    In a mixing glass with ice pour:

    1 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    3 cl Varnelli Mandarin liqueur

    2 cl squeezed mandarin juice

    2 cl of blond orange juice

    Drops of edible liquid gold.

    Gently mix and pour into glass.

    Top it all off with LaVersa Testa Rossa Spumante.

  • An American in Sicily

    In a glass pour:

    4 cl Amber Pomegranate Liqueur

    4 cl Bitters

    Soda tops

    Decorate with pomegranate arils.

  • Sangria with D'Ambra liqueur

    A bottle of Pomegranate D'ambra liqueur, two bottles of Don Carmelo rosé wine (Albano Carrisi estate), 5 cl watermelon syrup, 3 cl lemon juice, watermelon slices, a pomegranate, orange slices, lemon, peach, apple, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, ginger.

    Leave to rest in the fridge for 12 hours before serving.

  • Red Dream

    In a glass jar with ice pour:

    3cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    1 cl Caffo Triple Sec

    2 cl Bitters

    1 cl elderberry syrup

    1 cl orange juice

    1 cl lime juice

    Top it all off with tonic water

    Crust the rim of the glass with pomegranate-lime syrup. In a shaker with ice:

    1cl vodka

    2 cl orange liqueur

    1 cl elderberry liqueur

    1 cl lime juice

    Pour into the double cocktail cup and add directly into the glass: drops of kiwi syrup and 3 cl Pomegranate D'ambra liqueur

    In a shaker with ice:

    2cl White Rum

    3 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    2 cl lime juice

    1 cl white peach syrup

    Drops of flower bitters

    Drops of orange bitters

    Pour into a glass with ice and decorate with mint.

  • Last snow of spring

    In a blender with crushed ice, pour:

    4 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    2 cl lime juice

    2cl Tequila

    Blend for a few minutes.

    Pour into a glass and top with 1 cl of Parfait Amour.

    In a glass with ice, pour:

    3 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    1 cl lemon juice

    10cl orange juice

    3 cl peach juice

    3cl mango juice

    Fresh strawberries

    Orange slices

    Fresh mint leaves

  • Sicilian feeling

    In a glass with ice, pour:

    2 cl lemon juice

    1 cl lime juice

    3 cl green melon liqueur

    1 cl pomegranate syrup

    Dilute everything with 3 cl of amber pomegranate liqueur dissolved with Tonic Water and pour over everything with the help of a teaspoon.

    Decorate with chopped fruit.

  • Punch Mix Fruit

    In a blender with crushed ice:

    2 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    Half banana

    2 apple wedges (medium)

    1 cl lime juice

    2 raspberries

    6 cl pineapple juice

    2 cl peach juice

    Pour into the glass and decorate.

  • Essence of life

    In a blender with ice:

    Half a pomegranate

    4 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    6 cl freshly squeezed orange juice

    3 cl lime juice

    3 fresh strawberries

    3 cl pomegranate syrup

    4 cl pink grapefruit juice

    Blend everything, pour into a fancy glass, add orange and lemon slices.

  • KeKaos Cocktail

    In a blender with crushed ice, pour:

    3 fresh raspberries

    3 fresh strawberries

    Red currant

    1 blackberry

    2 blueberries

    2 cl lime juice

    2 cl raspberry syrup

    4 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    Blend for a few minutes and pour into a double cocktail cup.

    Decorate with fresh fruit.

  • love potions

    Blend a kiwi with ice, 2cl Triple sec Caffo, 1cl lemon juice, 1cl sugar syrup.

    Blend two medium slices of mango with ice and 1 cl white peach syrup and pour into the glass using a teaspoon.

    Blend 2 strawberries, 3 raspberries, 3 cl Amber Pomegranate Liqueur, 1 cl raspberry syrup and 1 cl lime juice, ice.

    Pour into the glass using a teaspoon.

    2 cl Amber pomegranate liqueur

    1cl Bitters

    2cl red vermouth

    3cl Bourbon Whisky

    2 drops of angostura

    Orange twist

  • Like you no one ever

    2 slices of white melon (medium size)

    1 slice of watermelon

    1cl Tequila

    2 cl raspberry syrup

    1 cl lemon juice

    3 cl amber pomegranate liqueur

    3 fresh raspberries

    Decorate with fresh watermelon and a peel left to macerate with a sugar of cloves and maraschino.

    In a blender with crushed ice:

    White melon, tequila and lemon juice. Turn for a few seconds (the melon must be chopped slightly)

    Pour into the glass.

    In another blender add:

    Crushed ice, raspberries, watermelon, raspberry syrup, pomegranate d'ambra liqueur.

    Stir for a few seconds and pour into the previously filled glass.

    Decorate with fresh watermelon
